2001: Leads the team with six homeruns...third with 23 RBI...fourth on the team with 21 runs scored...16 of his 31 hits are for extra bases...was 3-for-9 against Hudson Valley (7/28-29) with a triple and a homerun, driving in three runs and scoring twice...broke out of a 3-for-23 slump going 4-for-9 against Vermont (7/26-27) with a double, two homeruns, five RBI and three runs scored...1-for-6 against Brooklyn (7/24-25)...had one hit in nine chances against Batavia (7/20-22) with one double and one RBI...was 0-for-2 against New Jersey (7/16) with a sacrifice bunt and a sacrifice fly...blasted his second homerun of the season in the Yankees 6-2 victory over Vermont (7/3)...tied for third team lead with 13 hits...had a season-high four hits on 6/26 with one double...hit his first homerun of the season, the game-winner, against Hudson Valley on 6/24.  At Cal-State Fullerton: Rifkin hit 16 home runs (first on the team) and drove in 60 RBI (second on the team), with a .312 batting average.
